The owner Mr Rajiv, received us well, introduced, informed and demonstrated the product well.

I have purchased BOSS Sound system in Dec 21.
The owner Mr.Rajiv himself came and installed and explained about the system in detail. Recently there was some problem with the same, which was sent to Chennai promptly for the repair. I bought one Yamaha sound system 10 years back from his show room and recently it turned out non-functional. Yamaha Authorised service centre returned it back declaring it as non-repairable and rated that as a scrap. But Music park owner helped me get it repaired from other source. A second lease of life to the above product and Re-Installation of this product in my home theatre room by his authorised technician and he assisted to select appropriate keys and hdmi slots for a fantastic seemless delivery of accoustic reverberations and hearing experience and the pleasure that Iam deriving out of this home theatre system is very rejoyful.

Best place to buy a home theatre, music system or sound bars in Pondicherry. After seeing outlets in Chennai and Bangalore, i amost bought the wrong yamaha sound system online but as a last try did a Google search to see if any Yamaha dealer is there in Pondy. Was pleasantly surprised to find the 4.5 rated music park. The showroom was better than the ones I found in Chennai and Bangalore. The manager as well as all the employees know what they are talking about the products on and off display . Their depth of knowledge about sound and technical aspects was amazing. They were vey patient and courteous.If there is one shop that can better the info that you get in Amazon flipkart and other online resources and help you decide after listening to the units that you have zeroed in on..is this place. I didn't mind the small premium charged over the Amazon site...it was worth every rupee...the peace of mind and the buying experience. If you have a shop and you are losing customers to online giants, then please do go here and try to buy something..you will understand how a real life experience can never match an online shop.The icing on the cake was a fully set up hometheatre room inside the shop.Highly recomended.

Hi everyone, I know this shop past 20 years and shopping little little things. 5 years back , I've decided to buy a home theatre and visited the shop. First of all I approached Shop owner Mr. Rajiv and said my interest in this. He got my words and gave a simple idea to understand the brands and their quality. Due to financial tight I went to assemble amplifier side. I bought for low price and used it with my TV. So, it was better but, my opinion lies on the music details. After 3 years I contacted him and enquired about the music system. Without any hesitation he explained the fact again. This time I don't want to go wrong and purchased a Yamaha AVR in this shop. Hmmm good music system delivered good detailed sound. One year back I want to update my music system at any cost, same time I got money at positively. So, this time I moved for 7.2 AVR and matching speaker package with Rajiv Advise. He gave more and more information about and directed me to way of using. Lot of movies, songs, I have enjoyed. Excellent selection. Now, I purchaxed a DUNE media player. Wow wow wow wow...... great quality. All credit goes to shop owner and working staffs. Humble, patience, discount too. Original products are available only in this shop according to me. music lover should visit atleast one time.
